Executive Team

Tiffany Bertling

Tiffany Bertling is Senior VP of Operations for Lennar Title. She brings more than 25 years of title industry experience to this position, including 14 years in audit, operations and quality assurance. Tiffany spent 20 years with a Dallas-based national title operation where she led the coordination and consolidation of multiple title operations into a single consistent business model and common escrow operating system. Holding the position of Senior Vice President Business Systems and Processes, Tiffany also managed multiple support departments before and after a merger, integrating affiliated title agency, underwriter, homebuilder and mortgage companies. Beginning her career with the company as an escrow officer, Tiffany moved to a branch manager position before later taking on corporate responsibilities for training and quality assurance. She has affiliations with the Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO), in addition to the American Land Title Association and the Texas Land Title Association.

Mary Orme

Mary Ruffolo Orme serves as Regional President for Lennar Title’s Southeastern region, which includes Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. She has spent more than two decades as an Associate with the Lennar Family of Companies. For many years, she managed the Southwest Division for North American Title Company. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University.

Dawn Schweter

Dawn Schweter is President of Lennar Title’s Texas Region. She has worked in the title and real estate industry since 1985 and has been a Managing Escrow Officer with the Lennar Family of Companies for over 20 years. Dawn received her Certified Escrow Settlement Professional certification from the Texas Land Title Association in 2011. She loves sharing her knowledge of the title industry and helping associates achieve their goals.

Rick Randall

Rick Randall is Regional President for Arizona, Nevada, Washington, and Idaho. He brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the title and settlement services industry, with experience leading multi-state operations and teams across title, escrow, sales, production, education and executive management. Prior to joining Lennar Title, Rick served as Vice President and Title Operations Manager for Fidelity National Title, overseeing operations throughout Washington and Idaho. His experience as a loan officer, licensed real estate agent and Washington Title Professional provides him with a broad perspective on the homeownership journey. Rick is passionate about developing Associates, building collaborative teams and driving continuous improvement.

Laura Bina

Laura Bina is Regional President of Lennar Title’s Builder Division in California. Laura has been in the industry since 1985 and has been with the Lennar Family of Companies for more than two decades. She has managed escrow operations for over 30 years. Laura grew up in the industry handling everything from complex transactions, land transactions, commercial, resale, and builder. She loves to teach and share the knowledge she has gained with others so that they will also be successful in this industry.

Mark Leszczynski

Mark Leszczynski is President of the Northern Region for Lennar Title. He brings over 15 years of industry knowledge from the financial and operational perspective to this position. Before joining Lennar Title, Mark served as state manager for Fidelity National Title, where he handled the direct operations in Indiana and northern Ohio. Before that, he served as the controller and treasurer for a large title insurance agency that was ultimately acquired by Fidelity in 2008. Receiving his bachelor’s degree in business administration, cum laude, from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, Mark was simultaneously commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army and is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Airborne School. Mark is a CPA and worked for Deloitte in Warsaw, Poland, and Tampa, Florida, before entering the title insurance industry.

Teri Edwards

Teri Edwards is President of Lennar Title’s Retail Division in California. She has been in the title and escrow arena since 1979 and enjoys the ever-changing landscape the industry brings. Teri spent over 31 years with local, independent companies before joining Lennar Title 14 years ago. Her background as a Branch Manager and Escrow Officer, along with being a top Sales Executive and Sales Manager, made her an excellent choice to lead and grow our retail presence in California. Teri thrives on Associate engagement and development, acquiring new business opportunities, and recruiting talent to expand our footprint throughout California. Teri is a member of the Placer and Sacramento Association of Realtors and holds a CA Title Marketing Certification.

Sandra Austin

Sandra Austin is Controller for Lennar Title. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Cine Latino, Inc. Prior to that, Sandra was the Vice President of Finance and Administration for MGM Networks Latin America. A graduate of Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Sandra began her career with the national accounting firm, Deloitte.
